1. This was a live FM radio broadcast in in San Francisco so McGuinn could introduce the "new" Clarence White era Byrds to as many fans as possible. It signalled the beginning of a new sound for McGuinn as Clarence White's country guitar took a larger and larger role as time went on, sometimes audibly dominating McGuinn's own folk-meets /5(13).
